The Operation Reach Out app is aimed at preventing suicides among military personnel and veterans. The free app is available through the iTunes for iPhone and iPad. Android users will find it in Google Play.

App: Free PTSD Support App
PTSD Coach was designed for Veterans and military Service Members who have, or may have, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This app provides users with education about PTSD, information about professional care, a self-assessment for PTSD, opportunities to find support, and tools that can help users manage the stresses of daily life with PTSD. The free app is available through iTunes for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Android users will find it in Google Play.

This 24/7 program is for Servicemembers receiving mental health treatment who will transition out of service or to a new assignment. inTransition coaches will help connect you with your new provider and empower you with tools to continue making healthy life choices.
